Matt bought a student rental property 10 years ago, moved into one of the bedrooms, found friends to move into the other rooms and he lived for free. Since then, Matt has been building his real estate empire brick by brick. During his interview with me, he shares how he went from 1 property to a couple hundred, what motivated him to do so, and how you can make it happen too.
