For today’s episode, I have been joined by a young entrepreneur who is taking the real estate industry by storm. Not only is he a real estate expert but he has honed in on his unique skills to become an entrepreneur and a social media content creator. The main reason I’m SO excited about having Corrado on the show is that his success story parallels mine in more ways than one… After making it as a soccer player in Italy and after getting homesick, Corrado decided to start his own business. At just 18 years old, he started a nightclub promotion company. After being continuously told how dangerous the nightclub industry is, Corrado decided to get into a pita franchise. For those of you who know my story—you’ll probably know how this ended. Corrado ended up losing $300,000 but turned it into the best lesson that he had ever learned. Fast forward to now, Corrado made back his money within a year and is now a premier real estate agent and a savvy businessman in Toronto. He has seen the highs and lows of investing and entrepreneurship and now he has a YouTube channel that he uses to help many young and aspiring business owners, as well as real estate agents and first-time investors. Corrado believes that in business and life, it is the genuine relationships you build with people that are the most important and he has continued to prove that.
