Jimmy is co-founder of Cashflow Tactics, owns a real estate investment company, and has flipped over 100 houses in a single year. After reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki, Jimmy began sending money home for his mother and brother to buy up property rental deals. Leaving the Rangers, he didn’t jump straight into entrepreneurship. In fact, he grabbed a 9-5… Working a high paying corporate sales job selling medical equipment. On the side, he continued to build up his growing empire of property rentals, until one day… After 9 years in the army, and 8 years working a 9-5, he finally decided to take the leap of faith into… …entrepreneurship. By this time he’d grown his portfolio to 60 rentals. Sounds impressive. And it is.
