Are bad habits killing your dreams?
Habits are a choice or an action that we’ve deliberately taken at some point. Like lighting up a cigarette for the first time. It’s then become an uncontrollable behavior that we do instinctively. This can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on the habit. Smoking versus going to the gym, for instance. The key is identifying the CUE (trigger) to the habit and the REWARD (pay-off). Bring awareness to these elements, and we can start making changes.
